The Story of The Blessed Brew
At Kulkumry Coffee Estate
It was over 100 years ago that 14-year-old, "Abba", Bonaventure Martis set out from his hometown of Mangalore to make his way in the world. Â He came to a place called 'Kula Kumry', meaning 'Black Rocks', and just knew that this was the place, nestled on the hillside, surrounded by brooks and mountains, to set up his coffee estate. Â It has been in the family ever since.
